Wondering the impact on the disabled when insurance companies/employers are given ways out of paying insureds?  

Paying into Social Security is one of the best investments individuals could make.  This safety net has save many people from the poor house.  For this reason alone, the money we have invested for retirement or some unforeseen injury or serious disease, should not be available for Wall Street risk games.  It should be safe, free from encumbrances.  Any returns on investments should support SSA Programs.
 
We must work together to bring awareness to ERISA injustices as well as any other legislations that's unfair to the disabled.  Use some of your documentation to demonstrate your experiences.  Videos?  Pictures?  Let's see them.  I want to hear your stories.  Let's work together to change the plight of the disabled.
